Sitting Services from Broomhill Concierge Broomhill Concierge offers a wide range of sitting services.

All of our Sitters are suitably qualified and have undergone a criminal records check.

Our sitting service is divided into three key areas;

The Home

Holiday House Sitting
When you are away on holiday or business we can have someone stay in your home so it will look occupied to the outside world. As an alternative we can also organise daily visits to check up on the house; water the plants; sort the mail etc.

Waiting in for Utility Services and Deliveries
Waiting in for the gas, electric and phone people are one of modern life’s great inconveniences. You will have an appointment window for a morning or afternoon. Either way you are going to have to give up at least half a day for these appointments. We can easily place one of our agents in your home to let you get on with your life and work.

Pet Sitting
There can be nothing more distressing than taking our Pets to kennels. You can have a Pet sitter for a few hours, a few days or a longer vacation. This will allow your Pet to stay in the comfort of their own surroundings and let you enjoy your holiday with confidence.

Overseeing workmen in your home
Hanging around for builders and repair men can be another great strain on busy timetables. Do they ever arrive on time? Our agent can watch over workers in your home letting you get on with your life in the confidence that you have a personal representative watching out for you.

Sales Appointment Buddy.
The need to get new windows, a new kitchen or a stair lift fitted in your home can be some of life’s most stressful events for anyone, if you are on your own this can be even more daunting.

If you are a retired person or you have an elderly relative, you want to make sure that these sales visits go well and most importantly you are not taken advantage of. Broomhill Concierge can be there for you or for your family member as a friendly backup and timekeeper at the appointment.

Our agent is not there to make a decision for you on what to choose but we are there to make sure you are not pressured into making a decision you are not entirely happy with.

Appointment Companion
A visit to the doctor, optician or the council office can be extremely important while also being a very stressful, physical and emotional task. A Companion can help make these experiences far easier to deal with than they might otherwise be. Broomhill agents will look to provide practical help and emotional support throughout the task in hand.

Babysitter Service
We have a roster of babysitters who have a wide range of experience and personalities. These people have all undergone a criminal records check and are known to us through other work they have done.

We will give you a profile of prospective Sitters for you to peruse before meeting with them.
